In April of 2010 the reality of having your company perform some home improvements on our house came true.  As with your company building our home we now have nothing but praise on a job well done on a recent additional room, re-decking our LARGE deck with composite wood and vinyl railing and privacy fencing, last but not least adding a screened area on a section of the deck.

First, during the planning stages of what we wanted included on our deck and additional room Rodney made some excellent suggestions.  Ben and Derby were very professional in the performance of their jobs on a daily basis.  I cannot say enough about the framers and roofers concerning how quickly they were able to finish their phase of this enormous job.

Last but not least is the conversation I had with Dale concerning heating and cooling the additional room.  Dale made some suggestions that would eliminate my using two (2) separate units for heating and cooling.  Dale's suggestion was somewhat derailed at one point, but I was still able to get a similar unit to accomplish both heating and cooling, thanks to Dale.

Overall, once again your company has not disappointed us.  We would once again say "THANK YOU" and a job well done.

 New Home

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff for the wonderful experience we had building our new home with Accessible Home Builders. From our first meetings and discussions on house plans, to the final walk through, we feel truly grateful that we were able to work with an honest and reliable builder. Building a home was something that neither one of us had ever gone through, so the overall process was to say the least, overwhelming. Yet Dale walked us along step-by-step and provided us with helpful information and ideas. He was patient and helped us create the home that we dreamed of.

Throughout the construction process, it was amazing to see our ideas on paper come to fruition. Moving in felt surreal, and we loved showing off our beautiful new home to our friends and family at our house warming party. We are so delighted with the final outcome that it is hard to put into words.

We want to extend a truly sincere “Thank you” for everyone’s hard work and effort. We also feel that it is important to note that the amount of honesty we received made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Also, the kindness and overall demeanor of your staff is remarkable. We hold you and your company in the highest regard and would highly recommend you to anyone we know.

This is just a letter of appreciation for a job well done. You and your staff -- Dale and Rodney etc., just to mention a few. Your input was most helpful and valued in our decision making to finalize plans. The hours spent sitting around the table made our dream possible, everything went smoothly. I was a general contractor in New Jersey for over 30 years. I’ve seen the good, bad and ugly of the building business. I recently had an in-law suite added to my home by Accessible Home Builders of Seaford, DE. I am old school, my word is my bond. New Home

The process of building a home can be a struggle to say the least, but doing it from a few hours away can be like flying blind. This is why we feel extremely fortunate that we chose Accessible Home Builders. They did everything possible from Day 1 to make sure our home building experience was pleasant and successful. Dale did a fantastic job getting us started and walking us through all the necessary steps. His commitment continued through the entire project and was a key to our overall happiness. All of our interaction with Scott, Dale, and the entire Accessible team was helpful and enabled us to bring our ideas to life.

Being very "particular" people, we knew it would be difficult to come up with a home that we would love considering the number of choices that we needed to make. Accessible did a great job of allowing us to explore our ideas and change plans/ features/ layouts as necessary to fit the functionality of our lifestyle. Our home turned out beautiful and we could not be more pleased. The list of items that we are especially happy with seems too long to list, but just a few of our favorites include the columns that enabled our open floor plan, our tray and cathedral ceilings, the 2x6 exterior walls and deep window sills, our maple cabinets, the large kitchen island, our gas fireplace, all the windows and more!!

The true sign of a happy customer is repeat business. We don't plan on building another home in the near future, but if it does happen Accessible will be our choice again. They have our highest recommendation and sincere appreciation. So to Scott, Dale, Rodney, and the rest of the team, THANK YOU for everything!!
